1. What does the rental price include?


• Cleaning immediately before your arrival.

• Weekly change of linens.

• Final cleaning.

• Bed linens and towels.

• Basic supplies (see FAQ 3).

  1. •Local telephone calls (see FAQ 4 regarding international calls).

  2. •Electricity, gas and heating are not included. Their actual costs are deducted from your deposit and the balance is returned to you.
