9. Are cooks/caterers available?

Yes. There are several options: Our caretaker’s wife can prepare a frittata, a roast chicken, a simple tomato pasta sauce, home-made tagliatelle. 

There are local caterers who can provide a variety of menus to chose from, prep your dinner in their kitchens and finish the preparation in your kitchen, serve the meal, and cleanup afterward.  They may tiptoe out while you finish your espresso.

There are also rosticcerie in town that have prepared food for take-out. We have had several dinner parties serving a tender, flavorful local specialty, stinco di maiale, roast pork shin, available at a local rosticceria.
