Bruschetta II


6         plum tomatoes, seeded, drained and coarsely chopped

12       basil leaves, chopped

12       calamata olives, pitted and coarsely chopped

2 tbs   extra-virgin olive oil

sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


Make Classic Bruschetta


Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and spread on the slices of Classic Bruschetta. Serve immediately.
